Lora Levosky is a seasoned transformation strategist and the founder of
Consultant Concierge Corporation (CCC), a woman owned small business
specializing in workforce realignment, operational redesign, and post reform
implementation. With over 25 years of experience, she has led more than 6+
organizational assessments across NIH and state governments.
Known for her hands-on approach, Lora blends leadership development,
union engagement, and trust based network design to help agencies not only
disrupt but sustain lasting change.
Her early career included serving as Deputy Commissioner of the State of New
Jersey, where she modernized HR systems for over 200,000 employees and
launched one of the state’s earliest shared services models.
Whether stabilizing disrupted teams or implementing the bold visions of
reform driven executives, Lora delivers not just advice but results. Her
approach is both analytical and human centered, blending data with design
thinking to build operations that are resilient, efficient, and aligned with
mission.
She holds an MBA from Temple University and certifications in Change
Management, Quality Management, Design Thinking, and Process
